Resumen
Sobre mí
ABOUT ME
I'm an easygoing and resourceful, outdoor-loving woman. I have lived in Vermont for about 20 years and love the beautiful mountains, the big lake and the rugged, interesting, often artistic people that live here. I am a massage therapist and a dancer. Yoga has been a big part of my life for many years. I like to meet new people and learn about their lives and culture. I spent two months last winter in a small Mexican town, Sayulita, on my own. I grew up sailing on the Maine coast with my family. I eat healthily and love our "eat local" movement here in Vermont. I am into politics in a quiet way and try to keep up with current events, especially environmental ones.
PHILOSOPHY
Good question ! I love nature and dearly love people !! To quote my yoga teacher, "I am grateful for the teacher in all things around me." I look for the good in everyone, but have seen enough to know it's sometimes hidden. I feel many people have much more to give to life and each other than what they are giving.
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would like to both use couch surfing to find hosts and to host surfers !
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I spent 3 weeks in Boulder, Colorado in October and had my first couchsurfing experience there. I stayed with four absolutely wonderful hosts and had a great time making friends with them. I am so encouraged and delighted by this amazing phenomenon of couchsurfing!
