About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Discovering the univsersal loophole

ABOUT ME

I am a young explorer who believes in living life over working. Karma comes in the form of good tips so I am always generous. I think the bicycle is the greatest invention in the history of mankind.

In Chicago I enjoy fostering community with my friends through bikes and art. And food, of course!

But when I get too cold I have to fly South.

One of the great things about my job as a pedicab rider is that it often involves travel, and always friends.

I haven't owned a car in seven years and I love the outdoors more than anything.

Right now I'm taking time off from school because of the expense, but I'm all about English literature. I'll be going back soon.

I keep things brief (online) because there are so many people and so little time.

PHILOSOPHY

If I were to worship anything, I would worship the sun. I believe that there is more than enough that I need to understand about my own realm before I consider others. In this way I think that meeting people and exploring the world are pretty important.

I am torn between permanence and vagrancy. I feel the better you know your place of residence the easier it is to interact with it. But I also think the brand new experiences are the most provocative.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By learning and traveling. I fully agree with the concept behind couchsurfing; if ya got space you should share it. This is a great resource to all that travel. Unfortunately I cannot currently host due to very limited space. Once I am able I will contribute all the couches I can to this community, but for the time being I will stick to donating what I can.

Of course I've been couchsurfing long before I was a member of the website.

If anyone wants any information about the city of Chicago or just someone to hang with, don't hesitate to contact me. Especially if you need bike info for the city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

April, 2012: First time! Traveled to San Francisco with my wonderful girlfriend and stayed on ROBSFO's couch. He was everything you could ask for in a host.

Always looking forward to the next experience...

What I Can Share with Hosts

Information and friendship, first and foremost. My apartment is communal housing so it's pretty cramped. Half the time somebody is already living on the couch. Feel free to contact me with your situation. If I'm on the road you can sleep in my room.
