ABOUT ME

I hate writing things like this. No one sees himself in an objective way. Actually, others can't see you objectively as well, but I think people around you have a wider perspective, I can just state the obvious facts about myself.

I spend hours sticked to my laptop's screen, I enjoy animals, especially cats, insects and spiders, I talk really a lot, once I start I just can't end it, I'm pessimistic towards mostly anything until I really try and check it out.

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm more of a surfer than host actually.

Had an opportunity to start hosting some months ago (REALLY big flat), however, I've got kicked out of the aparment (perks of living with people you don't know).

As for now I live with Kamila in a tiny apartment, can't really imagine even placing a sleeping bag in it once the bed is out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experiences are mostly really positive, however, I've had mixed feelings about one host.

Other than that, it's a great way to widen your view on the world and people.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music: Mostly rock, different kinds, bands like: QotSA, Muse, Porcupine Tree, Oceansize, Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Radiohead, Apocalyptica, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Archive, Arcade Fire, Long Distance Calling and some more. I'm also a little into metal, but significantly less than I used to be. I don't mind Jazz, but it's not a music I'd like to listen with headphones on my head, it's more of a background for a conversation in my opinion. I don't really like techno and similar genres, I also find hip-hop and those new kinds of pop pretty annoying.

I enjoy watching different kinds of movies. I like Monty Python if you're asking of anything specific, the rest is just random.

I read mostly fantasy books of writers like T. Pratchett or S. King and some Polish ones. I'm also reading through the classics of the literature. I really don't like reading poems, I just don't "feel" those.

I'm not the best teacher, people find it hard to understand what I'm explaining. Sad but true. For learning though, on the last CouchSurfing journey I've learned some basics of wine testing and drinking etiquette, which I'm really proud of ^^

I could try and teach you some basics of programming if you're up to it.
