ABOUT ME

What can I say? I'm a Canadian guy currently living in Fribourg, Switzerland. Recently finished up my master's degree and a contract at the local university. Looking for a place to stay from May 4 - 10 while I take a seminar in London.
Would be great to stay with a cool gay guy, but that's not mandatory.

It is a bit cliche, but I live my life by this motto. I think the world would be a much better place if people started to live this way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am mostly looking to couch surf, as my current living arrangement doesn't permit me to host. Sorry!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not had any couchsurfing experience yet, but I have traveled the world extensively as a backpacker, while on road trips throughout Canada and the USA, and while traveling throughout SE Asia and a bit in Europe.

I am looking for good people to stay with, easygoing, friendly, who like to cook and relate stories about themselves, their life etc. I'm very easy to talk to.

Interests

I love traveling, driving, flying, learning about new cultures and trying out new foods. I also enjoy movies, reading, relaxing and spending time exploring new and exciting places.

Like all kinds of music, except R&B, Hip Hop and some country and western (but that is more of a problem in North America where this music is popular!)

In terms of books, I like to read books on psychology, business development, but also escapist novels. Haven't read one in a while though....
