Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Originally, I joined because I was young, broke, and untethered and wanted to meet people in the places I was going. Now, I am older, a little less broke, and still want to meet new people and see new places. The hostel life doesn't leave you just because you've moved into a different stage of life and the camaraderie of staying with someone over a hotel is much preferred.
