Every crisis is a new opportunity. Life is ever-changing for good and for bad. This idea stemmed from our desire to share something that makes us feel good, with others and enrich each other with new possibilities. We have a chance to build a community, where you can work, create art and live without being isolated from real human contact. The deal is simple – nerdz pay, artz -play. This will be a carefully selected community, a safe space for expression. The goal is not to be mainstream, the goal is to feel good.
For the Nerdz:
The prices will be just to cover the basic maintenance of the place. Whatever we have, we share. We are gonna be your guide to underground nightlife and the wild Bulgarian nature.
For the Artz:
Come to our home to create. Whatever we have , we share. Come and check out if your juices flow better around here. Art wants simplicity, inspiration, comfort and all their opposites of course. Be our guest and we will take care of you.
Let us all share what we have with each other. This is a chance to spice up your routine for a little while, just because you can! We can accommodate a group of people at a time. Think of this as a means to establish long-lasting connections with like-minded people.
