About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see, meet, live, laugh and experience as much as I possibly can while discovering what the world and the people in it have to offer!
ABOUT ME
I'm a highly extroverted very sociable individual that simply loves to live life to the fullest. At home and while traveling I'm always on the go. In University I studied psychology and Women Studies which has led to a career as an intervention worker. I'm also currently in the process of applying to law school. I have a profound interest in matters of social justice and history. As for the rest of me you'll just have to ask to find out.
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy is "Make it happen". If you think, feel or desire something just go for it. At the end of the day, there's no time like the present so might as well make the most of it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to meet a wide range of people from all walks of life. And when I'm home I'll be able to provide a couch to other surfers. Hopefully, I'll be able to provide the hospitality that I'm looking for during my surfing experience.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I actually discovered couchsurfing through a fellow traveling mate that was planning on staying with a young couple in Wellington, NZ. She asked them if I could stay as well and it ended up being a truly wonderful experience. They were really nice sociable people and shared some traveling stories with us.
Interests
I'm really into dancing and extreme sports. I'll basically try anything once, but my favorites are sky diving and rafting. As for dancing, I'll also try anything, but I'm really into hip hop, swing, house, and salsa. I love to travel, hopefully one day soon I'll have set foot on all continents.

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to music I'll listen to pretty much anything, but I'm mostly into old school hip hop, house and Jazz. I also really enjoy latin music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
If I have to choose just one thing, I guess I would have to say that visiting a concentration camp in Germany was amazing. It was definitely an eye opener. You never really know what teachers are talking about when they discuss WW2 until you go to the places it actually occurred and see it for yourself. I guess it brings a whole new sense of appreciation for life and the value of life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn about each and every culture I am fortunate enough to be exposed to. I'd like to share my enthusiam and passion for life; and, perhaps teach some english or french along the way :)
