ABOUT ME

This is always the hardest part: what do you tell somebody you don't know, about yourself? ^^
I think of myself as a very open person. I have a plan for my life that almost never really works out, I love spending time with people, I've got the constant urge to learn and see more things which led to extensive travelling and I really got a thing for languages! I am interested in cultural events which includes classic arts, such as books and theatre as well as going out. Althoug I love to spend time outdoors, I have trouble making time to do so but I love hiking ever since my stay on Reunion Island!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've been travelling with couchsurfing quite a few times now and always enjoyed it. It is definitely the right way to get to know people from a different culture! ^^
I also offered a couch but due to my changing living situation, I won't be able to do so for a while.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've travelled Canada and France, sleeping at quite a few homes...^^

I am interested in so many things that I am unable to name them all... but to give you something: I like to be spontaneous and letting life take its course so that I can be surprised, I love wind and being out in the open, I am somewhat of a baking and cooking nerd, I love reading and learning and talking...

That does change every once in a while...but I love books that follow several time -and plot-lines but I also enjoy non-fiction books revolving on education etc.

Getting up at 2.30am to hike up the last bit of Piton des Neiges to see the sunrise :-)

As I am becoming a teacher, I can always help you out with improving your English or French if you would like me to. If you are somewhat of a gourmet I will be happy to treat you to a nice dinner or a cake!
I have lived in Dresden most of my life and know my way around by now so that I can show or recommend you places.
