I'm a California girl who has moved out east for grad school. I love to exercise my mind, heart and body. I love people. I love books. I love my sisters. I love the exchange of ideas and I love dreaming big. I laugh easily.

I'm just trying to leave the world a little better than I found it.

Observing people and relationships. Reading and expanding my mind. Reflecting upon experiences (and forgetting to journal about them half the time). Listening to people and their life stories-to hear about their longings, motivations and dreams. To connect with them on stories of deep hurts and healings. To hear about their inspirations and be inspired myself.

Things that make me smile: my sisters, sunlight through the trees, clouds, nature hikes, traveling, the night sky, babies, libraries, working out, bars with character, coffee shops, art galleries, york peppermint patties, road trips!, and old trinkets that suggest great stories.
