ABOUT ME

I just moved to the San Francisco Bay area (Oakland to be precise) to start a new job as an engineer working at a surgical robotics company! I want to learn as many languages as I can because I feel like that is the best way to communicate and learn from people. I love meeting new people and have made some great new friends from traveling already, hope to make some more! I enjoy being busy and having things to do.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had the opportunity to travel for a few months after college surfing along the way and meeting fantastic people and also hosted in Boston throughout graduate school. Now that I have moved to a new city I hope to continue to give back by hosting, showing people around, or finding people to explore with!

AMAZZZINNGGGGG! I have had the best, most gracious hosts during my travels and have met amazing people through activities and coffees. I LOVE it!

Interests

I'm interested in traveling, learning languages, meeting new people, taking a billion photos. My favorite activity, by far, is eating good food with good people and I do enjoy cooking (even if I'm not very good at it).

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to basically every type of music from country to rap to musicals to rock. I don't read as much as I should, mostly just crap romance novels and the ones I have to read for school but I'm working on improving this.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think one of the most amazing experiences I have had was kayaking on lake superior. No matter how cold the water was, cliff jumping there was the experience of a lifetime.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach - I could teach you some Italian, how to make Eggplant Parmesan, a little physics or the basic principles of analog and digital communication, take your pick.
