About Me
Well I joined this along time ago, but never really got round to giving it a chance. Mostly due to being intimidated by the amount of effort required to write your profile. That is to say I'm terrible at writing about myself. Should I be asked to write about someone else though, and suddenly I turn into a modern day Shakespeare. Whats that about. But anyway, almost four years on, here is version 2.0 of my profile.
Soo. . . .(instantly my mind has gone blank).
(Think I will just have to keep this short and sweet).
Very much a happy go lucky guy, bit of a surfer dude. An absolute plain awful singer but will gladly get on the karaoke and inform everyone in the room of that fact. And, I guess, I'm just looking for my next adventure.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined because I like to travel, but i'm not into doing thrte stereotypical touristy things. If that makes any sense. I would rather be out there with the people, hearing their stories, making memories and having a connection. Getting a real experience out of it.
Plus is also kind of fun to learn the naughty words in another language.
Interests
Wake boarding, sailing, wind surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking. Pretty much, just drop me off near the water and I'm a happy man.
But whilst I'm confined to the land. I'm mostly exploring the city where I live. Or chilling at a gig or festival. Something I don't do enough, but keep saying I should do, is go to a comedy show.

Music, Movies, and Books
I own a copy of the "shinning", that I've dragged around the world with me. Sort of become a tradition now to carry it round with me, whilst I'm travelling. Originally I was going to finish it and leave it for someone to find, but in the end it sort of personified the old me before I started traveling and I couldn't get rid of it. In a strange way that is my favourite book even though its not for it story.
Im pretty forgiving about films, as I will watch anything, but if I'm choosing I tend to go for more dramas or indie films.
As for music, if you tune into "bbc radio 6", it best describes the music im into. As music is not just one of those things you can some up.
Hey, we will just talk about music when we meet, be easier.
