See as much of the world as possible before I move back to America and start my profession!

ABOUT ME

I'm a student studying engineering and looking to get everything out of this world that I can. Travelling the world has always been a dream of mine, and now I'm starting to live it more!
Studying abroad in Europe for the past year has opened many more doors for me to see this part of the world, and I've jumped on every opportunity I've had.
Life is too short to sit around and do nothing, so I try to do everything I'm offered and more.
Money can be a problem, but I try not to let it be the main factor in my decision making. We're all going to die some day and wherever we go, we can't take our money or possessions with us, but I hope we can keep our memories!

PHILOSOPHY

Once I got a fortune cookie which gave me some actual good advice and I love to look at the fortune whenever I'm having doubts:
"May your faith always exceed your fears - no price is too great to go through life afraid"
I'm trying to live my life with no regrets and make the most out of every moment!

I'm new to the site and strictly surfing right now, as I am living in a dorm of my school and unable to host. However, if I find this to be a good experience, I am totally willing to consider hosting once I'm back in America!

Interests

I'm interested in seeing beautiful things and meeting beautiful people. I love nature and being outdoors. Rock climbing is a particular interest of mine. Also, I love science and learning about it! :)
Getting lost in new cities is always fun to me and I think it's a great way to discover a new place. I love to meet locals and try to immerse myself in different cultures as best I can in the places I visit.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading, especially fantasy. I'm currently working my way through A Song of Ice and Fire series (and loving every minute of it). Also among my favorites are Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and The Hunger Games.
Of course I am a fan of Game of Thrones, I also like shows like Dexter, Shameless, Mad Men, and The Office (US) is my favorite show!
I really do like all kinds of movies, even Jason Statham and Fast and Furious movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Naples by myself (first solo trip) and meeting some truly awesome people and seeing some absolutely beautiful places!
Taking a mud bath in Sicily and smelling like shit for a whole week because of it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess I can be considered a sort of expert in American culture, as it's all I've known for my whole life.
I love cooking too, especially breakfast food! I would love to learn how to properly cook fish or make a good sushi roll!
