One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering as a teacher in rural China for three and a half months.

Watching the aurora in Alaska: as the green aurora danced across the sky, I felt as if nature were composing a poem.

Doing the kora around Mount Kailash and crossing the 5,700-metre pass. Trekking to Everest Base Camp (EBC).

Staying a week in a houseboat in Indian-administered Kashmir, then travelling across northern and southern India for two and a half months.

Teach, Learn, Share

I often refer to the Weibo page of a well-known Chinese doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, Zhang Baoxun: https://weibo.com/u/2282201403. Many common problems like colds and fevers can be relieved without medicine using his methods. I can show you how to practice them.

I practice Chinese kung fu and am a sixth-generation disciple of Baguazhang (Eight Trigram Palm). I have many kung fu brothers and sisters from different schools who can teach you martial arts in Beijing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share Chinese cooking techniques and some simple TCM healing methods with my hosts, such as for colds, motion sickness, coughs, fevers and more.

I have a beautiful life. I'm optimistic and lucky. I want to make the world a better place.
