To change the world ...
ABOUT ME
I am a traveller. I grew up in Germany and Burundi and Belgium, I studied in Dreden/Germany and Leeds/UK, I did an internship in Algeria and Zambia and now I am back to Dresden where I have become an adult and go to work now every day :)
I love to meet new people. Espeacially couchurfers, because in my experience, they are very open minded and quite a lot of fun to be around :P
PHILOSOPHY
Why not see the glass as "half full"? I'm an optimist. I love to smile and be content with stuff...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My couch is open to travelers from around the world. The further away the better, but I also love having people from my own country staying with me ;)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted a few people now and it was always a great experience! Like I said I enjoy meeting new people and leaning about different cultures!
Interests
Ok, this sounds a bit lame, but I really like going to the cinema.
I am in a Samba band here in Dresden and in the summer we have a lot of gigs on the streets. It's really funny when you see people hear and feel the rhythmes, when they start to dance or are surprised by a sudden change in the music. It's really a lot of fun and I really love it!

Music, Movies, and Books
I used to read so much fiction when I was younger (the Harry Potter series, Twilight (I admit it), Eragon...) now I don't read so much anymore unfortunally. But since I saw life of Pi, I am enjoying the book also :)
Movies? Oh, boy! There are sooo many I could coose from (blind dating, hanna, the breakfast club, eddi (whoopi Goldberg!!!), stanger than fiction, PS I love you, freedom writers... (I have actually a list (a very long one) with all the movies I could think of I ever saw...))...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to the U.S. in 2008 and I always wanted to go back and explore more.
That same year we went to Iceland and it was really amazing. if you ever go there, I recommend the Blue Lagoon!
In 2013 I went to the Algerian desert (Sahara). And it was just amazing. The culture is so different from anything I have evern know and the people and the food...
