CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy life and meet people!
ABOUT ME
I have a great sense of humor and love making people laugh, often at my own expense. I am a very positive person and that translates into being able to see the good things in situations and influencing others to do the same. I enjoy meeting new people and maintaining friendships. People are important to me and meeting people and hearing about their life stories and ambitions is interesting to me. I adjust to most situations easily and am comfortable in almost any setting. I am passionate about the things I do and things that interest me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have not surfed or hosted yet, but looking forward to doing so!
Interests
Currently I work two jobs so I can fulfill my main interest of traveling. I would love to have the courage to pack a bag and just travel full time, but I have not reached that point yet. Traveling and experiencing different parts of the world and various cultures is what I am focusing my time and energy. In addition to traveling, I enjoy movies. I am always willing to watch any movie at least once. Other interests include camping, cooking, boating, reading, among other things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. The Mediterranean Sea. I have visited the Mediterranean Sea 5 times (Greece, Italy, Spain). The beauty of that area is astonishing: the rich blue color of the water, the warmth of the sun, the cultures of the various cities bordering the ocean. I have been to varying areas on the Mediterranean Sea which only increases my desire to return.
2. Traveling around the United States. Throughout my travels around the U.S. I find it fascinating that there are so many different places to see and so many different cultures all within the same country. Living in the Northwest, I developed a strong interest in the outdoors: camping, skiing, boating, hiking, rafting. The ability to travel around the U.S. and experience so many different things without leaving the country is amazing.
3. St. Petersburg, Russia. During the summer of 2011, I took a cruise around the Baltic Sea. One of the stops was St. Petersburg. The tour we took showed us the highlights of the city, and I am sure only scratched the surface of what that city and Russia has to offer. From the gardens and fountains of Peterhof to the Mosques in the town, St. Petersburg is definitely a place I want to return.
