Pretty simple really, and I'm sure a very similar philosophy as most people on couchsurfing - love to travel, love meeting people, exchanging stories, ideas, food & music. I believe in natural and honest encounters.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Always willing to meet people for coffee, how them around my city (Melbourne) or a new city that I live in or share experiences with other surfers.
Will also host when I am able to.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted many travellers that I have met whilst travelling in Australia, although not through the CS platform. And also use the CS platform to surf when travelling, as I prefer a much more local experience. I have recently moved from London to Germany to learn Deutsch.

Interests

Foremost - anything to do with food.
Culture, Geography, and obviously travelling and honest exchanges.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My profile photograph - trekking in the jungle near Bukit Lawang, Sumatra in 2011 to see Orang Utans in the wild. It was truly beautiful to encounter these animals in their natural habitat.
