About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To experience as many places and cultures as I can

ABOUT ME

I love to meet people and I am kind (sometimes kind to a fault). I value my family and true friends, but am learning that true friends are hard to come across and therefore very important to hold on to. Traveling is important to me because learning about other cultures makes us less ethnocentric and more aware of who we are; it is safe to say traveling is my passion. I like to be active and busy and I enjoy people who are friendly, open minded and considerate.

PHILOSOPHY

Its developing day by day :) So far, I believe most strongly in being positive every day and being around the people who make you happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had the amazing opportunity to couchsurf in Spain and would love to become a host as law school becomes a little less busy

Music, Movies, and Books

I absolutely love to read, love learning different types of music and dances (although I am mostly clumsy, I love to try), but am always behind on the latest movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

White water rafting in the Pacuare River of Costa Rica... so thrilling. I was screaming, crying, laughing the whole time.

I was able to travel to CUBA when it was forbidden for US citizens to go and was both amazed and heartbroken by my experience with Cubans, who are among the kindest, most sincere and hospitable people I know.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn so many things... so far, I want to learn about how people live their lives in other countries and how interpersonal relationships vary from country to country. I can teach... about a love of the outdoors, English.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ireland, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Costa Rica
