ABOUT ME

I've always had this strange inner feeling, but it was at an internship with a radio station a few years ago when I finally got what it means to believe in yourself and never give up by meeting all those musicians, artists and creative people. This had a decisive influence on my life. At the age of 21 I moved to Florida for a year where I took care of 3 kids, one of them unfortunately suffering from a very difficult type of autism. I loved the whole experience, though, also, it made me become a really patient person! Really.. Try to shock me somehow now.. :) - not possible!

When I came back to Austria I started studying International Development and Cultural Studies. I'm interested in politics and the way of how people treat others.. ok, THIS often scares me.

Love to travel! You can learn so much for yourself from talking to people with different cultural backgrounds.. Narrow-mindness makes me sad.

Uhmmm.. what else? I play guitar and write my own songs. One day I want to become a rockstar - that's all :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I already have done a lot of couchsurfing (but not via couchsurfing.com) since the age of 15, mainly traveling to music festivals and/or concerts somewhere in Austria and abroad. Also, went on a roadtrip through the US together with friends last year which took us from New Orleans to Seattle and everything in between.. did a lot of couchsurfing (this time acutally using couchsurfing.com :)) and met alot of great people!

Intereses

Music, playing guitar, traveling, reading, getting to know people, getting to know people i already know better, getting to know myself better, dreaming at night and also during the day, living life in all its deep & high points

Música, películas y libros

I like honest work. A movie, a book or a song that wasn't written just to be a product then, but has a soul. But - to specify it ;) - I like music by artists like The Paper Chase, Trail of dead, Mike Patton, Volunteer Pioneer, Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky, Fiery Furnaces, Bright Eyes, The Beatles, The Kinks, David Bowie, Queen,.. - it has to be either just really melodic or weird :)

My favorite author is Kafka. And i enjoy Tim Burton-movies.
