ABOUT ME

I enjoy lots of stuff and am easy going but enjoy most things outside. If you wanna know more you just have to meet me. I have to warn you though that I have spent the last two years living in the middle of Africa living with a family of 10-14 people depending on the week so I have developed some strange habits and speech patterns.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have pretty much failed to participate. I lived in Duluth MN, but have worked all my summers as a camp councilor and never got a request. Then My only requests came while I was on vacation in Africa. Most people saw the family and stayed away, but I have not been able to really host people as when you live 2 hours from Victora Falls or Chobe, people generally attempt to skip your town to get the the exciting stuff.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have a few friends that do couch surfing and love it. In Namibia the volunteer network work like couch surfing, but its not really the same.

2 years in The caprivi strip with Peace Corps. 4 summers working at camps for kids with special needs. Spent some time as a salsa instructor. Hard to say to busy looking forward to the next adventure currently.

I can share some african culture I have picked up over the last two years. I also have a slack line along for a skill. Salsa dancing or swing dancing is always an option in my mind, and then I guess I can put some people to sleep with some biochem knowledge, but would rather just dance.
