For relaxing I like Buddha Bar music, and for clubbing, I enjoy House/ Techno/ Trance the most. I love sci-fi movies and superheroes, I’m also into drama/ thriller movies, too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I loved seeing the big Buddha in Hong Kong, it’s very majestic and has a tremendous aura. And in Niagara Falls, the Horseshoe Falls are breath-taking, being on Maid of the Mist just under the falls is an incredible experience that I am sure everybody would fall in love with.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been the inspiration for many of my friends for a healthier approach to life, including healthier diet and exercise tips. Simple weight lifting and resistance training techniques to enhance their lives on the inside and the outside.
