About Me

I grew up in NH and have lived in various cities throughout the past 8 years. I have quirky, dry humor and people usually notice my serious face before anything else. Im living in and out of LA depending on work so my vehicle tends to be my home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ive found that travelers and travel friendly people offer a ton of amazing experiences, knowledge, and energy. I work freelance in LA and just bought a retired ambulance that I hope to renovate and convert to biodiesel for travel. This site offers connections to all the types of people Id love to meet and learn from.

Interests

art, general craftiness, MUSIC (I love sharing music), games, movies, all design (3D/2D, architechture, interior, furniture, textiles), random adventures, dive bars, parks, miniature sculptures and stop motion.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Anything from serious documentaries to awesome 80s fantasy

Music: I exclude country twang type and screaming death metal from what I usually like. Less mainstream hip-hop and electronic indie are prevalent, but it truly depends on my mood. Odd Future to Cat Power, I'm always open to new sounds

Books: Lots of dystopian types, but same as everything else, always looking for something new and interesting

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a camping trip to northern Maine with a boy from Kentucky. I had met him one night in Portland and he invited me to leave in the morning. I did and it was one of the greatest experiences. We went hiking, biking, and swimming and camped in a blueberry field.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to meet new people, learn about green architecture, travel, have weird experiences,

I know a bunch of stuff about art and woodworking and furniture. And New England I guess

What I Can Share with Hosts

a lot of weird stories, some awesome meals, and art

Countries I’ve Visited
