Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ive been here for years and have always forgotten passwords and changed emails, I see now that i am a different person than when I started and How my reason for being here has changed- starting a new account doesn't seem so bad.

I am here to collect stories and make memories, To validate the goodness in the world and live many lives by meeting people who live many lives. Be a little more of me, spread some good vibe around and make friends I can write letters to, to be a citizen of the world and share peoples worlds and realities.

Teach, Learn, Share

I hold talking circles so can share how to host one, also use Theatre of the oppressed in facilitating conversations around Menstruation and Death so happy to share that as well.

Over years have learnt many body based healing modalities like Rythmic relaxation technique, body memories, Access Bars and also explored voice , breath and movement . Happy to exchange all this and maybe do a 5 rythm practice .

Would like to learn how to make jewellery and mosaic . Very interested in modalities that heal the emotional body and Earth based wisdom.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have huge resource on Art Based therapies.I am a practitioner of Family Constellation Therapy, RRT, Holoenergetic Healing, Body based psychology sessions and basics of panic healing and running Access Consciousness Bars- so anything you want you just have to ask..and I write decent poetry, if you want to find your immortality in words, i take special joy in that!

I can make some good lamp shades and newspaper craft and we can sing a song or two :) Just don't ask me to cook!
