About Me

Versatile and original..i feel enchanted by the sound of beach ways..in my childhood days itself 😅I preplanned that I would go to hawaii for my honeymoon ...but manythings dont go as per our plans. I am the one who will stop on my way to smell rose and loves fragrance of pines while many of my acquaintance would hardly detect smell of pines. I liked collecting beautiful shells when my parents used to take us to beaches and even now I continue to collect such small treasures over money.

Almost every one around me has been to a number of places, on the other hand, I , don't hesitate to state here that I have not been to any foreign country yet and I just fondly gaze at pictures of amazing places ,wishing i would be there someday. i truly believe that india has many unsung, obscure unexplored places which are incredibly beautiful but unfortunately not so popular among tourists. One can feel devine connection and peace in ancient temples and churches in india.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I understand importance of local guidance while travelling in unfamiliar places. In past I received priceless help from benevolent locals while I travelled solo(while I was hiking on hilly terrains of solan, i was offered a glass of cow'milk by a village lady) (once I missed my scheduled cab, I was relieved to find a helping local who took me to my destination, safely) memories such as these are always kept close to heart and i would be happy if I can similarly help other travellers in my native place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went inside a urban jungle all alone and it was early morning and greenery and misty lanes were surreal(sanjay van-adjacent to qutub minar). From the top of a hillock and from the ruins of qila lal Kot i could see greenery all around me and qutub minar was standing amid the forest, holding histories within itself. I catched the beauty of that moment in my eyes and took deep breath but sadly I was also scared as I knew india is not safe for solo travellers and very soon I left.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I should rather answer what I can offer as a host as I like hosting my guests.
