Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I traveled in North East of India for six months and for most of the time stayed with the tribal communities and locals. A lot of times I did not know their language and they did not mine. I felt only comfortable with strange people and their vibrant colorful cultures, obscure languages and dialects, unknown customs, unspoken rules. Everything was different but also very similar. I feel that one could experience these similarities and differences while living in a home!
