About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Feeding that chronical curiosity...
ABOUT ME
From the safe haven of self-distance I'll undertake this somewhat selective self-summary: chronically curious Swedish gal (not by the name of Inga however...) who unsuccessfully tries to combine the pretentiousness of Wanting The Green Grass On The Other Side with a slight touch of laziness.
PHILOSOPHY
"Was man nicht versteht, besitzt man nicht." - what you don't understand, you don't own. A saying that very poignantly summarizes my incurable desire to understand everything around me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Not settled yet, but as soon as I find a spot for at least a couple of month, I'd be happy to have you on my couch or by my breakfast table. Until then I'll bring myself, my input and hopefully I get to share it with you.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Started with childhood sleepover dates with friends, turning into missing-the-last-bus-after-the -get-together-sleepovers more recently. Couchsurfed a bit in NYC and Berlin when moving there and being in the hassle of finding an own apartment, and had absolutely terrific experiences in both cities. Other than that I've met up with a lot of other Couchsurfers both in Lund and Stockholm while living there.
Interests
People, discussions, aimless walking-around (those things usually work great combined). Literature, art, theatre, scuba diving. New food, new thoughts, and new perspectives. Languages, philosophy, putting hats on cats.

Start me on literauture, please do, that's my button...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lived in the States for a year, tying bonds and making friends in a way a never thought possible. Luckily the world isn't very big anymore.
Teach, Learn, Share
As above, do teach me some piece of "useless"/funny/unexpected information, and I'll love you, and I'm sure I'll be able to reciprocate, be it how to dress a cat, cook Swedish meatballs, or quote The Lion King from beginning to end.
