About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I have this bucket list with 72 items on it. I'm checking them down slowly...
First few items are checked! :) (learn Spanish; DJ; live in South America; do tattoo; do another tattoo; live in Sao Paulo; visit Caribbean; start a new blog; surf)
The items I'm on right now:
- live on the beach
- have at least 3 kids
- do professional makeup
ABOUT ME
I studied economics to become a manager or a banker or an entrepreneur. I never wanted to be a manager or a banker.
So, I graduated from the university, put my bucket list together, packed my backpack... and the rest is history :)
On one of my adventures in South America, my path crossed with another wanderer, and ever since we've been wandering together. Relatively recently, another little wonder wandered into our lives! :)
For the time being, our little family is situated in Miami.
I am...
... Cherry. Cereza. Cereja. Kirsche... Višnja
... the mother of Raspberry, Frambuesa, Himbeere... Malina
... Señora Jaramillo
... makeup artist
... discovering my new self in new roles, new city, new life
PHILOSOPHY
To love is to let free.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I first got involved many years ago because I loved traveling and I loved meeting and hosting travelers. It resulted as the greatest platform ever, because I always ended up meeting exactly the kind of people I like to meet: worldly, open-minded and friendly. If I was the traveler, I would get right into the cities vibe by instantly getting to hang out with the right locals. If I was not traveling but hosting, it felt as if I was traveling. Virtually most of the people whom I met over CS are until today my very good friends, which is why I comfy in CS to be the best place to search for like-minded people, whichever situation I'm in.
Right now, although being a full-time mommy, I still have enough world in me to expect to finding good company rather here, than where all the other full-time mommies meet :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I gave natural birth in water to a beautiful 18-months-old rockstar called Malina.
I changed 8 flights, 6 cities, 5 countries and 3 continents in 1 pregnancy :)
I attended Gay Pride in Sao Paulo 2014, the party counting few millions of people.
I surfed.
I DJ-ed in Rua Augusta, Sao Paulo.
I came to Brazil.
I spoke like Rola and then turned into Paisa :)
I've been to the Caribbean coast of Colombia. I slept in a hammock under the open sky, walked on sand at night while it was glowing like stars, watched the stars in the sky and thunderstorm at the open sea... I've seen some of the most amazing postcard-like landscapes ever right before my eyes.
I flew in a para-glider over Bucaramanga in Colombia.
I slept on the sand, under the tree, under open sky, by the fire, by the sea and got lost in the stars over Greece. It started being daylight when I woke up. I washed my face by dipping in the sea and watched the sun slowly rise. I don't remember being so genuinely happy and serene.
I visited Exit festival in Novi Sad 13 times. At the same time, it's the only thing I ever did so continuously for so many years.
I've had an ice cream at -20°C in the middle of February in the middle of Novi Sad. And it's great! It can't melt! :)
I've climbed up the Vesuvius volcano in Campagna, Italy.
I free-climbed up a vertical rock 20 meters high, twice!
I flew in a balloon.
I rode on the back of a motorbike in the summertime. You can feel the wind and all the smells on the way... just such freedom!
I drove a car trough mountains of Gran Canaria on the roads which were as steep and narrow as they could be. It lasted about four hours. Scenes were changing: tropical desert, then larch forest, then a mountain village... At one point it was very foggy, at another it was already dark... It was - you either have guts and think positively, or you fly down the cliff all together with your car and three other people. It was the former :) and it was amazing!!
I rode a snowmobile through the forest at Kopaonik. Pretty awesome!!
I made it to the fan pit on Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in Inđija in June 2006.
