I've spent my life so far exploring the beautiful west coast of Canada. I grew up In Vancouver, moved to Vancouver Island and lived in Victoria for five years, and now I am based in Vancouver!

I am a singer/songwriter, perpetually touring. I toured across parts of Europe November/December 2017 with two other Vancouver-based musicians, and we had such wonderful experiences with Couchsurfers (both hosts and meeting fellow couchsurfers while travelling!).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Right now, I'm hoping to find friends who are interested in hosting a touring musician!

I believe in global community! I want to explore the hidden gems of the places I visit, and meet new friends along the way. Couchsurfing is an amazing way to see new cities in an authentic way, and connect with like-minded explorers!

Interests

Most recently, my main focus is pursuing my own singing, songwriting and performing. I love the performing arts, and enjoy attending live theatre, music, and art functions. I love cooking delicious food (mostly vegetarian)...plunk me in the middle of a busy farmer's market, and I'm a happy camper! I am most content when I am exploring nature; I love hiking, cruising along beaches, taking a dip in a lake.

Music, Movies, and Books

I appreciate music in all of it's many forms and genres! Right now, I am listening to a lot of folk/mellow electronic music.
My most recent favourite movie is Short Term 12.
I tend to be a "go-go-go" person, so reading is a wonderful opportunity for me to slow down! Right now, I am reading Women Who Run With the Wolves.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook you a yummy plant-based dinner, jam to some sweet melodies, hang out with your furry friends, water your plants...or totally stay out of your hair! I love to explore and have fun, and try to find the humour in day-to-day life!
