About Me

I lived and worked in Australia for 2 years which was a brilliant experience. It's amazing how many new people you meet when you put yourself out there!

I'm back working in the UK now and living in a lovely little house in the Yorkshire countryside. I'd welcome anyone to stop in my spare room if it helps out, I saw so much generosity whlist abroad it seems a shame not to pay it back!

Just a bit about me - Im chilled & easy to get on with. Im positive, love reading, chatting & red wine. I've got loads of places to visit on my list, including Colorado, Europe & South Africa (again).

Hope to see you soon,
Dave

A strangers generosity is one of the most beautiful things to stumble across :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

More than happy to help a traveller in need - finally cleaned my spare room so it's ready and waiting should anybody be in need of a bed.
Make sure you bring a funny story to tell ;-)

I've got plenty of cutlery and a large kitchen. Smokers welcome.

Left all I knew in the UK to move to Australia. Started off in hostels and ended up after 2 years with a Sponsorship Visa, lived by the beach and was helping run a small business..

Then I came home ;-)
