ABOUT ME

I'm a cool girl, I don't really worry much. I live each day as it comes! Very open-minded and smiling. I lived in Lyon for 29 years. I love traveling and meeting new people! I love hanging out, discovering new cultures and share mine, talking about any topic (but mostly cats and books haha), playing board games and share travel experiences!

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem =) We have to live our life in time and do everything we want to !! Enjoy every second of life, just be happy! Because I'm a woman, my life is filled with small and big battles, which makes me want to enjoy life even more!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to be able to host travelers and I learnt so much from it. I can't host now but I love helping people discover Lyon and around.

When I'm traveling, I can cook French meals, teach you how to curse in French and share about my culture. I can also share a lot of others things about me like my passion for writing and reading, my interest for art and music, and how Sunday should be an official Pancake Day!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted around 10 couchsurfers, and these meetings all turned out to be very enriching ! I also surfed a few couches in Canada and in US, and it was always very interesting to meet all those new friends :)

Books :

I read between 50 and 200 books per year so it is REAAAALLY complicated for me to choose my favorites since I had so many good reads.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think every moment is special in life, we just have to take it!

Actually, I lived something really exceptional to me: I went to Tadoussac in Canada, and met whales! It was so amazing, they were so close to us, I was on a zodiac and they were swimming just around us. Unbelievable !

I also realized my dream of studying abroad in California and each day was a blessing!

I have so many things to share, but I can teach you some French or French cooking. I can talk about French culture and music, and I can share my open-mindness.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can talk about psychology, play board games, I can share my kitchen (I love cooking !!!) and talk about cats for HOURS.

I also have a lot of knowledges about my city, so if I am free, it would be a pleasure to make you a tour of Lyon :)
