I live in Brooklyn NYC, grew up in rural Virginia and went to school in L.A. I've spent most of my "adult" life learning Chinese and living in China, but there is so much more of the world that I would like to explore!

I used to host in Beijing and went to a couple CS meet-ups while I lived in China. I've also had great experiences surfing in Mongolia, Taiwan, and Japan.
