About Me

CURRENT MISSION

complete my "100 things to do before I die" list.

ABOUT ME

Hi there. I wish I'd know enough about myself to put something here.
But anyway, here it goes: I'm trying my luck as PhD cand (Finance) and writer. I'm pretty easy-going. I have a feeling I talk alot.. oh yeah, and I tell bad (i.e. ewww) jokes.

My favorite things are: ballet, travels, hockey, hawaii pizza, movies, surfing, .. uh I could go on.
My least favorite things on the other hand include: tomato soup, train delays and everyone who take everything too seriously :)

PHILOSOPHY

Be spontaneous, try out new things as often as possible, live your life for the moment. And, if you really want something you'll find a way, if not, you'll find an excuse!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got lost at 2am on the underground in a bad part of Moscow: it was an experience.

Dog sledding in Northern Sweden (over the Arctic circle) one night in December 2008. It was so peaceful and quiet in the middle of nowehere (just snow, ice, and a tree here and there) - you could only hear the dogs steps and see the starry night. Such an amazing experience.

Dancing on a traditional Greek wedding on the Island of Crete. They had it in this cute "tavern" on a cliff and we showed up uninvited in late afternoon - just to check around, and decided to stay until late at night, because everyone seemed so happy and friendly - even though we didn't understand a word they were saying. Danced "Sirtaki" - amazing stuff!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can definitely teach you some ballet. And, some tap dance steps as well.
I can ski pretty well - could probably put you on skis and baby slope, if you are total beginner.
.. oh yeah and this amazing coctail that I'm pretty sure I invented it myself. It doesn't have a name yet though (still thinking).
