About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live life to the fullest, be happy and laugh as often as possible

ABOUT ME

I'm just a goofball lookin' to make some friends have a good laugh and listen to some live music.

PHILOSOPHY

This is your life and it's ending one minute at a time, live it to the fullest. Try as many new things as possible and try as many new foods as possible!
The world is full of new best friends you havent met yet, you just gotta get out there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to keep Couchsurfing as it was intended. Hostels are fun but I prefer the staying with someone welcoming in the area for a couple days.
During the months from April to December I can't travel or get away from work long enough to even take a weekend camping trip. So by hosting likeminded individuals who are traveling - I myself, sort of, have the feeling of traveling.

Interests

Having a glass of wine or a nice beer while listening to music.
Exploring many places and meeting as many like minded individuals on this pale blue dot we call home, as I can.
I might as well let my dork flag fly high; geocaching. I love geocaching
Rock climbing
Sailing
Snorkeling
Spear fishing
Hiking
Snow sports
And surfing too
Whatever lets just go do something!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like:
Funk
Punk
Classical
Jazz
Metal
Electro swing
Bluegrass
Hip hop
But especially folk punk
Basically just the good stuff

I like so many movies but anything Tarantino, obviously.

Chuck Palahniuk is my favorite author for sure

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I first moved to Colorado, I didn't plan ANYTHING, so me and my friends set up camp in the woods in the middle of winter. We were only out there for a month, but it seemed like forever. As a bunch city boys it was impressive. There was a lot of self growth in that month.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love getting my hands dirty.
Let's plant a garden or paint something!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cook a meal, share a laugh.
I am a very low maintenance guests, I don't need you to show me around your area, if it doesn't work for you. I've hosted more than I've surfed so I understand that you can't always be expected to entertain.
But if you want to take me to your local favorite pub... Who am I to say no? Haha

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belize, Costa Rica, Denmark, England, Germany, Guatemala, Laos, Mexico, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Thailand, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Mexico, United States
