ABOUT ME

When got to 30 I realised growing up is is a trap, so started reversing, not sure what age I am now :) You tell me!
I am on an adventure, want to come along for some of the ride? I just love anything new, outside the box, stimulating, fun and general craziness.
I can be serious too when I need to be :)

I manage to work enough when in the UK (and a little when travelling) to enable me to travel around 6-9 months each year.

I have travelled extensively but each trip lengthens my list of places I would love to visit.

I have a passion for the mountains but have not managed to get one home yet. Have to settle for the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District Hills and Lakes when I am back spending the summers in Yorkshire, Northern England.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I welcome anyone to my home town in the UK or Liptov, Slovakia. Tell me about your travels, I want to hear your crazy stories. I need to at least be talking about travel and destinations when I am not travelling (sorry planning the next trip)!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First surfing experience in Cartagena, Colombia.
Have travelled with several experienced CSers and had some great adventures so it's about time I surf more.
I travel lots in my Mazda Bongo so don't often need a bed but love to meet local people more than anything.
Had a number of surfers at my place now. Most have ended up staying longer than planned.
Have also stayed with local families in several, often remote, places around the World. I love my extended family.
