HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently learned about this site from a surfer in the NYC area and attended two events within three days.Every one I've met has been friendly, willing to share, and just plain great people. You can expect to see me at some of the L.A. area events.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just joined but ended up giving a ride to a couch surfer in need of a lift to and from the beach party on Saturday. We had a great dinner hang and beach outing.

Scuba dived off of wolf island in Galapagos with a school of hammer heads just feet from me and then a school of dolphins swimming at the surface of the ocean- sublime and majestic.

When I am stressed out, one little yoga trick is to line on the floor and place your legs up a wall or door. Relax, breathe, and be for any length of time. The stress could diminish.
