ABOUT ME

Hi there - I am an American of Indian origins, but I like identify more with my global citizenship and humanity. I enjoy company of idealistic and progressive people who like to think we can make the world a better place! I enjoy going to new places for the adventure and to learn about their cultures, languages, food (!!), music, history and evolution. But more importanly, I mostly love to travel to meet new people! I enjoy meeting people where they are at -- their perspectives, experiences, views, opinions -- because it gives me an opportunity to appreciate them for who they are and to learn more about myself. A lawyer by training, but a yogi by demeanor, I love the experience of sharing all that I have, and listening and receiving all that the world has to give me. I tend to look at the bright side of things and have a LOVE for three things: food. music. hookah.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been a member of couch surfer for five years! but unfortunatly, i have not been able to host anyone because I was in law school. But I have now graduated and would be open to having coffee/tea with people visiting in NY, and if my schedule permits even hosting people!
