CURRENT MISSION

From January to august 2010 I will be traveling Europe. Hopefuly I will be meeting a lot of new friends and seeing a lot of new places. its the first time ive been out of the united states so its a big step for me.

ABOUT ME

I don't think that i could go through life without listening to the music i enjoy its a big part of my life. I love my vinyl collection. I have a lot of things that take up my time. I'm a pretty adventurous person and i enjoy trekking, hiking, climbing, boxing, skateboarding, snowboarding, skiing, hoping trains, and so many more things. I think that sailing is one of my favorite things in the world, but being from a land locked state i haven't had a lot of opportunity to gain experience but i am very eager to learn. My dream career is to be a builder of wooden sailboats.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a man who builds foundations on respect. Something that I dont think there is enough of these days. I have always had a slight problem with athority, and i have discovered its because i was never respected by people who had athority over me. I think there would be a lot less problems in the world if people just had general respect for others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been participating in CS for longer than i have been a member. Before i found out about CS i was a part of a string of houses in colorado called the community we always hosted travelin kids and had a few events to bring together people in the area for some good old fashion fun and to build Community. So i will Participate in CS the way i always have by sharing my experiances and space with others.

Interests

I am very interested in sailing at the moment and I want to make my career in Building wooden sail boats. I also enjoy old classhy thing like gramaphones, fox traps and staight razors. Any thing that was popular in the 1920' through the 1950's.

I love to Read watch movies and listen to music but I'm not going to even attempt to make a list of favorites it would take way to long.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done and seen a lot of things so far and i think that the most amazing thing i have come across is the way that people can come together and build a community. set aside all of their differences learn and work together and just be able to enjoy each others company that is something i find truly amazing.

I have been through a lot in life and have at least a little knowledge in a lot of different things but your going to have to talk to me to find out what you can learn from me. As for me i am very eager to learn everything I can about sailing and anything related.
