About Me

¡Hola!
Merhaba
Χαίρετε

(((Fully vaccinated guests)))

Hello! You are more than welcome to read our references where you will find a lot of lovely comments from our hosts but here is our introduction:
Next trip: January 2023
Itinerary:
We will fly to Spain on December 29th 2022 landing in Madrid to celebrate the new year and then doing a road trip STOPS IN: Granada, Malaga, Ronda, Sevilla & Cordoba.
And then...
Turkey, Istanbul (January 13th-24th) WE WANT TO COUCHSURF HERE!

Athens, Greece (January 24th-28th) WE WANT TO COUCHSURF HERE!

Nahuel and I met in 2013 on the way to our degrees in Theater Arts in the National University of Arts here in Argentina. Meanwhile, he was also on his way for his degree as a lawyer and I was doing my first steps in my family business (fire-extinguishers and fire security systems) + crazy about tango, salsa, theater and yoga.
We have been together for almost 10 years now, each one of those includes a great trip with many adventures and couch surfing friends! I am now leading a team of 50 people in my family business and I also teach Spanish online (I really enjoy teaching). Nahuel works for the state in justice and he is an amazing actor. We share the passion for art and traveling (and food, oh yeah!). I’m still crazy about dancing and yoga. I love to ride my bike and taking care of my plants. And we both love our cat: Héctor.
During our trips we like to do all kinds of activities but especially we like to walk (a lot) around the city, try local food, know the secrets of the places, listening the local music, going to the theater and… because we are very curious, we are always looking for stuff to do!

We are a very good team and we adapt easily! That allows us to be very independent if your agenda is full, but we also enjoy spending time in groups and making friends on our trips. We are very flexible with our hosts. We can be very chill, and we really enjoy that, but we also know how to party ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

“A journey is best measured in friends, rather than miles.”
We love traveling, knowing new cultures and learning about other people experiences and points of view. We think traveling is about knowing new places, new landscapes, but specially new people and different cultures. The first time we did couch surfing we thought it would be a good experience but we didn´t know it would turn into our favourite way to travel. All the best things in our trips came to us through our amazing hosts and now we want to keep making friends arround the world! We like to enjoy the moment and making others have a good time with us! We are very honest, sensible, open minded and easy going people who love to have fun!

HOSTING: Unfortunately we didn´t have the chance to host yet because we don´t receive requests in our area, we are in the suburbs of the city so is not that common that turists want to stay here. It is a very beautiful area, so we really hope we can host some day and show you around! SEND REQUESTS SINCE FEBRUARY 2023!!
And always wishing to have our hosts here some day!! ALWAYS WELCOME!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Couchsurfing :) This social net is Amazing! All our hosts have been AMAZING people!

2016: Our trip to EEUU going in a rent car all the way through the cityes was Amazing. That was our first couchsurfing experience with more than ten hosts and we need to have a good chat to let you know all the amazing things we lived in that adventure.

2016: we got to San Diego and met one of our bests friends/hosts in Couch Surfing: Roger Hall. One year later we had the chance to be his guests again but this time in his new job destination.. JAPAN! Meeting Roger has been amazing and we feel lucky for having the chance to share this experience by his side. Visiting Japan was awesome!

We spent the night before Sofia´s 29th birthday in front of Mount Fuji and saw the sunrise there!!

In January 2022 we did an amazing road trip through La Patagonia Argentina (more than 9.000 kilometers of wonderful landscapes) we got to Ushuaia, the end of the world!

World Champions 2022- The biggest celebration ever! We were on the streets of Buenos Aires after winning the match and when the team arrived. It was soooo amazing and crazy! A real party full of joy!

Sofi: When I was a 7 year old kid I swallowed a big coin, but i survived.

Nahuel: Fall in love with Sofía. Just kidding... that´s me, Sofía! haha ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

We think that an important part of our trip is to know the places and share our interests and culture with the people we meet. Nahuel is a great cooker, not only in Argentine food but also in Italian Cuisine because he learned from his Italian Grandmother. And if you are learning spanish (or english), here you have friends to practice with!

We will take our argentinan mate kit to share! Is a local infusion you drink with a particular straw! Tastes similar to green tea but is bitter and....well the hole mate thing is special and is a cultural thing.

I love to dance Salsa, Tango and moooooreeeee!! I don´t know if i can teach you but i´ll do my best and we will have fun for sure!!

I can Teach you how to use a fire extinguisher!
And of course, all our Hosts have a home in Argentina. Looking foward to wellcome you soon!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We know there is no better way to travel than with a local partner and we always have fun when our hosts join our activities and let us be part of their´s. As we said before we are very independent, so you can choose rather to join our activities or not. We are very easy going, we like learning new words and expressions in other languages and also teaching Spanish to those who are intrested. If we have the oportunity to share ART or we go out together we will probably achieve one of our goals: to make new friends and share some special moments in another place of this world. We are organized and always ready to help with the housework! Hope we can spend some time together and talk about our adventures, good talks are also garanted!
