Tal como dice mi perfil, soy profesora de ingles en colegio (escuela) y tengo a mi cargo niños y niñas de cursos chicos (pre kinder a 6to basico). Tengo un hijo maravilloso de 3 años y una familia muy unida. Me encanta viajar, siento que es una manera de generar lazos con el mundo y sobretodo de salir de la zona de confort y conocer nuevas culturas. Amo el arte, "lo mio" es el dibujo: ilustrar caricaturas. Lo otro que realmente me fascina es la comida, como de todo...pero aun queda mucho por probar y es por esta razon (hahaha no la unica, claro...) que me encanta este sistema, nada mas rico que comer comida hecha en casa (y ojala ayudar a cocinarla para aprender :P)
Las caminatas, las idas al teatro, el cine, las exhibiciones, tocatas, bares, y demases me gustan mucho y siento que son un medio genial para conocer nuevos lugares.
Que mas puedo contar sobre mi...mejor dejar algo para un cafecito con mis futuros hosts!. ( Tengo una reputación de hacer los mejores cafe)

As my profile indicates, I'm an English teacher and I work in a school.
I have an amazing 3 year old son and a very close family. I trully love traveling, I feel it's the best way to bond with the world and specially to get out of the comfort zone and learn about cultures. I love art, "my thing" is to draw or illustrate cartoons. I lived in NY, USA, for a couple of years and that's how I became a traveling lover.
Another thing that I really love is food: food is great, food is love. I would like to learn more about cooking and a great way is through this system, not only I get to meet you but we get to cook together! (haha maybe).
To go for a walk, to drink coffe, to go to museums, exhibitions, drama plays, movies, bars, etc, are the best things in the world to me, these activities allow me to get to know new places and meet amazing people.
What else can I say about me...well, it's best to leave some stories over a coffee with my hosts don't you think? (I have a reputation of making the best coffee ever)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mas allá de conocer un universo de lugares, creo que es importante conocer el universo de cada persona, que mejor que conocer tú universo y también lugares? No hay nada mas intimo que el hogar y que hayan personas que tengan la amabilidad de recibirme en su casa con todo su universo y de tomar cafe o te conmigo, me llena de alegría y de fe en este mundo.

Beyond getting to know a universe of places, I think it's important to get to know the universe of each person, what better than having both?
There is nothing more sacred than home, and the fact that someone is willing to share his/her home along with his/her universe AND a cup of coffee with me, fills me with joy and restores my faith in this world.
