About Me

I am a student of foreign languages, and my dream is to become an interpreter. Probably my studies enhanced my passion for travelling and for being on the road, or "unterwegs", as the German say with an accurate expression.

I believe that languages shape not only a country's culture, but also the way of thinking and the habits of people who share the same mother tongue. That's why I value the importance of catching the spirit of the places I visit through the languages I speak and learn and through the eyes of the locals. That's also the reason why I love Couchsurfing and why I'm always happy to show the authentic Venice to those who wants to visit this special city :)

I cherish reading, and writing upon my life experiences, to capture memories and to daydream.

Finally, I love vintage markets, bikes, and walks by the sea.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I believe that we always leave a tiny piece of our heart in the places where we live or travel. Plus, thanks to the relationships we build through travelling, we enrich our soul and broaden our horizons.
