Hi! I'm Sofia 25 years old, living in LYON. I resumed my studies this year after several years working, so I am now a first year student at university! Studying English, Japanese, Korean, and other subjects such as economy or law, but these are definitely not the most exiting to me...
I hope to work in the cultural sphere!! I think there is so much to do culturally and artistically between "western and easter worlds".
I would just love to take a part in making people understand each other cultures, through different events, such as exhibitions, concerts, debates, workshops, basically anything that is related to cultural exchanges.
Korea for exemple is so much more than just Kpop and dramas, just like Japan is much more than manga and video games. In a few words I would like to have a role to play in foreign cultures understanding!

Have a chance to get to know great people with rich experiences while I'm abroad of course!! People that will be here to share their culture and if possible willing to take some of their time to show me around and make me discover their own culture, like their favorite places, where they like to talk with their friends and share a drink, where they like to listen good live music, where they go for art exhibitions, where they eat good local food... and so on!!!
I just want to live great adventures and feel like I'm a local while I'm away, take part in the local life, not just pass by, observe and be passive!

My vision of things! I'm expecting to have thrilling conversations about anything that can be found on earth with my hosts, I like debating on various subjects, it elevates mind and I find it very enriching!
