These last 10 years i realize that I'm in the process to consume very mindful:)
From food , things, fashion (love second hand) recycle as much as possible deal with my own shit (in any aspect).

Try to see food as medicine
I eat if possible non process foods, avoid corn, soy, dairy etc
I love meat ,fish as fresh as possible!
Veggies are essential
Any vegetable and seasonal fruit is medicine.

Open to other points, of view , i respect and love to share different views...makes the exchange more interesting! Love to see and learn from others how they do things their own way:) open to learn and autocritic and to be criticized too (constructively)
