HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have done a bit of couchsurfing and have had pretty positive experiences all around. I haven't hosted much in Ottawa, where I come from, but now that I'm living in Norway I will try to host as much as possible because I just love meeting new people, especially ones that come from other interesting places. Being around travellers makes me feel like I'm travelling too!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had some really good experiences couchsurfing. It's amazing how complete strangers can be so accommodating. I enjoyed the hosts that took the time to show us around and give us history lessons about their city. One host even hooked us up with a place to stay in another country! I think people will like to stay with me because I keep this place clean and homey.

Intereses

good movies, foreign films, indie music, nature, environment, geography, vegetarianism, art, painting, hiking, cross country skiing, snowboarding, developing new talents, and worshiping the sun!

Algo increíble que he hecho

It's really difficult to narrow it done to one thing. The ones that are coming to mind right now are Uluru in Australia, sleeping in literally JUST a sleeping bag, in the desert under the stars. Seeing postwar damage in former Yugoslavia, and hiking up to Preikestolen in Norway.
