Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve used couchsurfing for many years as both a host and guest I’ve met some amazing people this way. I am currently getting a bit restless at home in Copenhagen so looking to meet new faces and friends to pass time and hang or create with. I live in a small apartment but I’m happy to host when I can.

Interests

I currently work as a freelance filmmaker and visual anthropologist which are some major fields of interest. I have many more though :) amongst these travelling, yoga, reading, photography, writing, nature, diving, surfing or really anything to do with the ocean. Besides from this I arrange various culture and craze events in town through culture union Cph Acid Puppies.

Music, Movies, and Books

There’s too much to put down into words as these are all subjects which mean a lot to me. Music wise a few favourites are Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Radiohead, Portishead, The Doors, Tool, Trentemøller and good psychedelic rock, grunge, trip hop, ambient, electro, jungle, jazz and what more.

Films...sooo many! Especially the works of Jim Jarmusch, Coppola, Kubrick, Polansky.. but so many more. And I work with documentary film myself so that’s a field for itself.

I enjoy old dusty classic mad and provoking litterature :) hereamongst some of the best Burroughs, Huxley, Orwell, Knut Hamsun, Hunter S. Thompson, Tom Christensen, Joseph Conrad and Jack Kerouac. Ofc I’m always interested in new recommendations!
