ABOUT ME

My name is Sofie and I was born in sweet little Aalborg 22 years ago.

Now I live in Copenhagen - in a very yellow house, which was once a battery factory, but was made a collective doing the 50's. We live 19 here and we share joys, laughter, problems and at the time.. colds, but we'll be fine. :) That I ever moved in here brings tears to my eyes.

I study Performance studies on the university of Copenhagen and work as a childrens theatre director on Frederiksberg Teater. At the time I am actually writing my own play called Thomas and the flute with my great, lovely co-director Philip.

I love to make theatre, event, parties, festivals!! and then I love Port wine and Hancock Cola.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will primarily participate as a surfer, which is not what I prefer myself. The thing is, that I have 18 roomies, and those people are amazing and open, but sometimes some of them needs times just to be us, as we have guesst quite often already. I will take up the subject at our next house meeting the 12. of october and I'll give you an update. Untill surfers will have to have a little patience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new born at this point, but as I cannot be a real host at the time, I enjoy to guid and help newcomers, who just moved to Denmark. I try to give them my view of town and my feelings for it. It is a great experience untill now.

As for the classical I like Stravinski, tcaikovsky, Avantgarde, Maurice Ravel

I love music with lyrics of importance and best of all music you can dance to like 50's music and folks.
