Oops, this almost seems like writing a letter of application ... But ok, here I go.
Some people tell me I am an easygoing and spontaneous person, open-minded, funny, talkative, hard worker, organised and responsible. I suppose they tell me the truth :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Concerning books and movies, I can't really describe my 'style' though I can describe what I don't like. That's a start for sure, so: I don't like thrillers, horror or fantasy. Now you know it :)
Apart from literature concerning my master dissertation, I didn't read any books last year, shame on me!
The last movies I've seen and can remember are 'Amour', 'Eine Frau in Berlin' and 'The Butler'. The next thing I want to see is 'Thank God it's Friday' (http://www.tgifdoc.com/), a documentary made by two young Belgian about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Hope this gives you an idea!
My music interests all depend on my mood. A few months ago I've been listening to deep house and Bastille, today I'm more into smooth jazz ...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've lived for three months in the Cape Flats area of Cape Town, the 'apartheid' dumping ground for Black and Coloured people. Although apartheid officially ended, racial segregation in South Africa still exists, be it in a non-racial matter. Income, social class and market forces have replaced race and state control in the pattern of urban development. Areas where the non-White population were relocated during apartheid lack the input of private investment due to their historically disadvantaged situation. I've seen the everlasting segregation, I've experienced Coloured students being afraid to enter a pub with only Black people, I've researched it, wrote my master dissertation about it and learned a lot of it.
