Hmmm. I love swimming, it keeps me sane and helps me to recharge, but keep living in places far away from beaches. Should reconsider my life decisions, I guess. A part from that I enjoy learning new skills, study new cultures, languages. That's why I am currently living in Taiwan, learning Chinese . Another thing that brings joy to my life is - bouldering/rock climbing .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people, share stories, get the knowledge of the cities I am traveling to because there is no better way to experience the vibe of the place than with the local. But I am not expecting to be taken around to see tourist attractions, I am more interested to see how people live and what they do with their free time.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music I would say is Jazz but I love Classical music, rock, swing, rap, electronic, rock&roll and I am always open to suggestions, new experiences, styles.

With films it is extremely hard for me to pick those only ones I like the best, it is usually depends on my mood.: ) But now I would say Dead Man by Jim Jarmusch, Shining by Stanley Kubrick.

I love reading, especially if you combine that with some alcoholic beverage and sand in-between your toes. Now we are talking.
