hi CS community - I'm a newbie to this and am excited to meet some awesome people. I am an adventurer, camper, hiker, entrepreneur, artist, and healer. After 12 years in marketing in New York City, I decided to leave it all and expand my concept of self - I spent 9 months traveling all over the world. It was a magical experience that opened me to a dramatically deeper sense of self. It was through this trip that I uncovered the healer and artist in me. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to adventure and I love meeting new people. It all seems to make sense. Also, there's something about connecting into a new environment through the lens of a local whereby you stop being a voyeur of that space and become a participant. That I adore.
