PHILOSOPHY
Il faut vivre comme on pense, sans quoi l'on finira par penser comme on a vécu.
which means, one must live the way one thinks or end up thinking the way one has lived.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm so glad to know CS and think it's just so amazing. As I travel more and more cities, CS has been a great option to meet nice people around the world. I appreciate all the kindness that I have received. Also not just when travelling, I met amazing people through CS meetings who stays as my good friends till now.
Interests
My major in university was western history and i had two other minor which were journalism and visual comm design. Since I'm interested in many things, I took lots of different classes.
Other than that I basically love hanging out with friends, getting to know with new people, travelling for sure, cooking and baking at home.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading so always carry one.
Novels such as Madame Bovary and The Unbearable Lightness of Being are my favorite. Also a great fan of Murakami Haruki, Minkyu Park (Korean).
I especially love rock, band music but If it's good music, I don't care about genre.
I love Travis, Radiohead, Coldplay, Arctic Monkeys, My Chemical Romance, etc.
I tried to learn acoustic guitar so I can play 'Hey, Jude' but no more, lol..
but I still have guitar at home!! I also learned piano when I was young but I almost forgot that..
Favorite (Recent) Movie is Gravity.
I loved how it tells us why we should LIVE despite of everything.
But if it's movie, I'd like to watch anything especially in the theater!!
I love that darkness, silentness, those kind of atmosphere of movie theater.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There's big, beautiful island in Korea named Jeju.
In 2010 summer, I travelled along the coastal road with bicycle.
It took about 5 days with my friend.
It was extremely hot in Summer so it sure was tough,
but it was amazing and I still remember it as my best journey.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well I can teach you Korean and English (if you're in need of) then I'd love to learn French cause that's my priority these days.
I enjoy different activities such as swimming, climbing mountains, or kendo(martial arts with wooden sword). I have black belt in kendo so I can teach you if you want haha
