About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Love to meet new people to learn about the world
ABOUT ME
No time now... - I love people, cooking, reading/writing, cool ideas, great projects. I grew up on a little farm that had corn and wheat and soya beans.
p.s. Just because I say I have beginners French skill does not make it an invitation to challenge my French expert skills by writing a request in French. I simply don't have the time to think through the translating. So sorry.
PHILOSOPHY
Be thoughtful and curious and considerate
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I try to host people but have never been able to travel - too busy!
FYI, sorry to bother - to host anyone I'll need to see a clear picture of each person who may want to surf. Thank you!
And no arrivals after 9pm, please. That means if your plane lands at 8pm you would need to take a taxi from the airport.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am going to use this location to voice my concerns in my "Couchsurfing Experience". I do not know how to express my feelings when someone asks for my couch and then cancels at the last minute - or doesn't even cancel and fails to show up. For these people they have put me out incredibly and I've almost certainly turned away a number of other people who very likely have suffered as a result. Henceforth, anyone who disappoints me in this way will have an unflatteringly "Extremely Neutral" reference recorded.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Does an out of body experience count? Did that once.
Teach, Learn, Share
I went to chef school and have taught how to make sushi among other things. I like to teach English.
