ABOUT ME

I really think I've learned and grown so much by living in another countries. I try to not worry so much and take it easy. Sometimes it is a challenge, but I think life goes in cycles. Also I've always thought that I'll end up in doing things that I enjoy and going towards it every day. I love to do things spontaneously and being active. Then again I'm quite calm and mellow. Describing oneself is quite hard. I prefer meeting and getting to know each other that way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My very first experience begun from Germany 2009 when I traveled by myself around the country meeting some old and new friends. That memorable experience raised my interest and I've continued since. Now waiting for new ones!

Music, Movies, and Books

There is too much good music. I really do like rap, african music, latin music, soul and r'n'b, electronic etc. I think my music choices depend on my mood, but basically I enjoy music with rhythm that makes me dance, music that goes deep inside, beautiful singers and so on.

Short films are usually cool! I would love to go more often to film festivals, because there you can find out great and unexpected films.

I enjoy reading books telling stories of different cultures. A book called 'Americanah' by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie really hit me. Also I try to read books that are classics or recommended.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sleeping on the beach in Copenhagen and waking up to the sound of camera..teenagers were taking photos of us.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some Finnish language. It's quite hard, but just some sentences like "Älä lyö lisää löylyä". I do enjoy learning new languages myself too.
